Most filters need to be changed monthly, even those filters that claim to work up to 3 months, need to be check monthly. If you have not changed your filters, please change them.
What if I don't have a new filter?
Take the filter out until you can replace it. It is always a good idea to have a replacement filter on hand. Once the filter is replaced/removed turn the fan on. The fan will allow the ice to melt on the unit, this should take about 2 hours.
When you can feel good air flow from registers turn back to cooling mode.
The two most common causes of water on the floor would be a clogged drain line or the coil is iced up
You can attempt to use a wet/dry vac to unclog the drain line termination, but we recommend calling Conn's Heating and Air to dispatch a licensed technician to diagnose the problem
